Risk disclosure

Last updated 3 September 2026

SuperTechStack is a research and decision-recording tool. It is not investment advice, and nothing in it is a recommendation to buy, sell or hold any security. No part of this service is personalised to your circumstances. You are responsible for your own investment decisions, and you can lose money — including all of it.

What this product does

SuperTechStack helps you write down what you believe about a company, what would prove you wrong, and what evidence supports each part. It stores that record, retrieves source material against it, and uses AI to argue with your reasoning rather than to agree with it.

The AI in this product may:

  • summarise evidence you or we have supplied, with citations;
  • surface contradictions between what you assumed and what a source says;
  • propose risks you have not recorded;
  • challenge your reasoning; and
  • state plainly when the evidence is insufficient to conclude.

What it will not do

These are product constraints, enforced in the software, not merely promises in a document. The AI may not:

  • guarantee or predict a return;
  • issue a personalised buy, sell or hold instruction;
  • tell you how much of your money to put into anything;
  • infer your risk tolerance from your behaviour alone;
  • treat a price chart as proof of what a business is worth; or
  • hide a gap in the evidence behind a confidence score.

Valuations are arithmetic from stated assumptions, not forecasts

Where this product shows a bear, base or bull value, that number is a deterministic calculation from inputs and a method version we record alongside it. Change the assumptions and the number changes. It is a way of making a view explicit and checkable — not a prediction, and not a price target.

Every valuation is stated against the price on the day it was written. The product recomputes the gap against the current price so ageing is visible, but an analysis written months ago is still an analysis written months ago.

The limits of the evidence

  • Filings datacomes from public sources including the SEC’s EDGAR system. We reproduce what was filed; we do not audit it, and a company can restate it.
  • Prices and market data are supplied by third parties, may be delayed, and are not suitable for trading decisions that depend on real-time accuracy.
  • Research reports stored in this product are interpretations of filings and press coverage, not the filings themselves. Each one states what it could not verify; read that section.
  • AI-generated text can be wrong. It can also be confidently wrong. Citations are provided so you can check, and you should.

No regulated advice, no client relationship

SuperTechStack is not a licensed investment adviser, broker, dealer or financial institution in any jurisdiction, and using this product does not create an advisory or fiduciary relationship between us. If you need advice about your own financial situation, consult a professional licensed where you live.

This service is offered from Thailand. It is not directed at anyone in a jurisdiction where offering it would require a licence we do not hold, and it is your responsibility to comply with the laws that apply to you.

Past performance

Nothing shown in this product — including historical figures, back-tested scenarios or the record of your own past decisions — indicates future results.
