Terms of service
Last updated 3 September 2026
These terms govern your use of SuperTechStack (“we”, “us”, “the service”). SuperTechStack is currently operated by an individual sole trader rather than by an incorporated company; contact details are at the end of this page. By creating an account you agree to these terms. If you do not, do not use the service.
SuperTechStack is a research tool, not investment advice. Read the risk disclosure before relying on anything it produces — it is part of these terms.
1. Your account
You need an account to use the service. You must be at least 18, give accurate details, and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for what happens under your account. Tell us promptly at support@supertechstack.com if you believe it has been used without your permission.
We may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms, that is used to break the law, or that puts the service or other users at risk. Where the breach is not serious and can be fixed, we will say what is wrong before acting.
2. Your content stays yours
Documents you upload, notes you write, theses you record and anything else you put into the service remain yours. You grant us only the licence we need to run the product for you: to store your content, process it (including generating embeddings and sending relevant extracts to the AI providers named in our privacy policy), and display it back to you and to anyone you deliberately share it with.
We do not use your private content to train AI models, and we do not sell it.
You are responsible for having the right to upload what you upload. Do not put content into the service that infringes someone else’s copyright, breaches a confidentiality obligation you are under, or contains other people’s personal data you have no basis to process.
3. Plans, credits and payment
Some features are free. Others consume credits, which are a monthly allowance attached to your plan, not a currency. Credits meter the operations that cost us money to run — AI generation, document ingestion, research and monitoring.
- Credits reset at the start of each billing period. They do not carry over, and they have no cash value.
- Manual planning, saved knowledge and export remain available on every plan, including when your credits are exhausted.
- Running out of credits limits AI features until the period resets or you upgrade. It never deletes your work.
Paid plans are billed in advance through our payment provider. We do not receive or store your card or account details. A subscription renews automatically at the then-current price for your plan until you cancel.
If we change the price of a plan, existing subscribers keep the price they signed up at until we tell them otherwise with at least 30 days’ notice before the change takes effect at their next renewal.
4. Cancellation and refunds
You can cancel at any time. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you have already paid for, and does not renew after that. We do not charge a cancellation fee.
We do not generally refund part-used periods. If the service was materially broken for you and we could not fix it, contact support@supertechstack.com and we will deal with it fairly. Nothing here removes rights you have under consumer law where you live.
Deleting your account removes your content from the live service. See the privacy policy for what that means in practice and for how long backups persist.
5. Acceptable use
Do not:
- resell, redistribute or systematically extract the data or research in this product;
- use automated means to access the service beyond the documented API and the rate limits attached to your plan;
- attempt to bypass credit limits, plan restrictions or access controls;
- use the service to produce or distribute financial advice to others without holding whatever licence that requires where you are; or
- interfere with the service’s operation or with anyone else’s use of it.
6. Availability
We aim to keep the service running but do not promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may change, suspend or discontinue parts of it. If we discontinue something you are paying for, we will tell you and refund the unused portion of your subscription.
Parts of the product depend on third parties — AI providers, market data sources, filings systems, our hosting provider. An outage or a change at one of them can degrade the service through no fault of ours.
7. Liability
The service is provided “as is”. To the fullest extent the law allows, we exclude implied warranties, and we are not liable for investment losses, lost profits, or any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the service.
Where we are liable, our total liability to you in any twelve-month period is limited to the amount you paid us during that period.
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.
8. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. For material changes we will give notice by email or in the product at least 30 days before they take effect. Continuing to use the service after that means you accept the new terms. The date at the top of this page always reflects the current version.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Thailand, and the courts of Thailand have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute — except that if you are a consumer resident elsewhere, you keep the right to bring proceedings in your own country where the law gives you that right.
